Terms and Conditions for HidayahSIS

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the HidayahSIS Student Information System (the “Service”) operated by [Your Company Name] (“us,” “we,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Agreement Between Institution and HidayahSIS
1.1 Scope of Service
HidayahSIS provides a cloud-based platform for educational institutions to manage administrative and academic workflows, including enrollment, course scheduling, student records, and financial tracking.
1.2 Access and Accounts
The Service is licensed to the educational institution (“Institution”). Access is granted to authorized users (Administrators, Teachers, and Students) identified by the Institution.
- The Institution is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its admin credentials and is liable for all activities under its account.
- The Institution must ensure all users comply with these Terms.
2. User Obligations
2.1 Authorized Use
Users must use the Service solely for the purposes intended by the educational and administrative operations of the Institution.
2.2 Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
- Using the Service to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Introducing viruses, Trojan horses, or any other malicious code into the system.
- Scraping, copying, or duplicating any part of the Service’s content or structure without explicit written permission from HidayahSIS.
3. Data Ownership and Usage
3.1 Data Ownership
The Institution retains all ownership rights to the student data, academic records, and other information uploaded to or generated within the HidayahSIS Service.
3.2 HidayahSIS Usage
We will only use the data to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent, or lease the Institution’s data to third parties.
3.3 Data Integrity
The Institution is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data uploaded to the Service. HidayahSIS is not responsible for errors in data provided by the Institution or its users.
4. Financial Terms and Payment
4.1 Fees and Billing
The Institution agrees to pay all fees associated with the use of the Service as outlined in the separate Subscription Agreement or Master Services Agreement.
4.2 Integrated Payments
HidayahSIS may integrate with third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) for tuition and fee collection. We are not responsible for the security or processing of transactions handled by these third parties. The Institution and its users must comply with the payment processor’s separate terms and conditions.
5. Termination
5.1 Termination by Institution
The Institution may terminate its use of the Service according to the terms specified in its Subscription Agreement.
5.2 Termination by HidayahSIS
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if the Institution breaches these Terms.
5.3 Data Retrieval
Upon termination, HidayahSIS will provide the Institution with a reasonable time and method to retrieve its data, as defined in the Subscription Agreement, before final deletion from our systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HidayahSIS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any content obtained from the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
